The Southern Utah University Hospitality Research Center has been conducting a Central/Southern Utah Visitor Profile Study for the Utah Office of Tourism. Led by Southern Utah University's Emmett Steed Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration, in collaboration with Wayne Roberts, Ph.D. in Marketing and Briget Eastep, Ph.D. in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism has designed this study to 1) support tourism efforts throughout the state; 2) enhance the educational experiences of SUU hospitality, marketing, and outdoor recreation students; and 3) contribute to the literature of tourism to the area of Southern Utah.
