Didn't Receive Your 1098-T?

SUU sends out a 1098-T to the students from whom the university received payment for qualified tuition and related expenses. The 1098-T form was mailed to your permanent address, postmarked by 1/31/08. If your address has changed recently, please contact the Registrar’s Office and provide them with your new address.

If you haven’t received your 1098-T in the mail, you can easily print a copy from Banner Self-Serve.

To access this information follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.suu.edu
  2. Select Current Students
  3. Go to Registration/Grades/Financial Aid
  4. Login with your T number and PIN
  5. Choose Student and Financial Aid
  6. Go to Student Records
  7. Click on Tax Notification
  8. Enter the tax year—2007 for example.
  9. The 1098-T will appear. This is an IRS acceptable copy.
