Spring Financial Aid Refunds
Beginning the first 2 days of spring semester, January 10th & 11th, financial aid checks will be available to pick up in the Ballroom of the Sharwan Smith Center from 8 – 4 PM.  After January 11th they will be available to pick up at the Controller’s Office (AD 207).  Students MUST provide a valid photo ID to receive any check – NO EXECEPTIONS!

If you need someone to pick up a check in your behalf, please send them with a short note of authorization that includes your full name, T#, signature, and the name of the person to receive the check.

Accounts Payable Check Dates
In an effort to reduce cost, Accounts Payable will no longer be cutting checks on a daily basis.  We will be paying travel reimbursements and certain check requisitions each Wednesday.  All outside vendor payments, including purchase orders and certain check requisitions, will be paid twice a month (1st & 3rd Friday of the month).  We request that you please take these changes into account when preparing your paperwork to authorize disbursements.
