Construction Services & Maintenance is committed to keeping the campus of Southern Utah University in top shape. Our maintenance, paint, lock, and sign shops are ready to help with any campus maintenance needs.
The project administration area encompasses capital improvement projects such as, concrete work, paving, and remodeling. Unlike building maintenance and repairs which are handled in-house by SUU's Facilities Management staff, capital improvement projects are bid out to independent contractors.
