Mission
Business Operations and Strategic Resource Planning for Facilities Management’s mission is to ensure accountability, accuracy, and appropriateness in the operation and maintenance of the University’s facilities as well as to ensure strategic goals of Facilities Management align with the strategic plan of the University.
Vision
Business Operations and Strategic Resource Planning utilizes methods and technologies to enhance and streamline the processes of Facilities Management. Our goal is to provide timely, thorough, well-planned information and reporting regarding the operation and maintenance of the University’s facilities. This is achieved by constant evaluation and feedback from staff and customers as well as understanding processes within Facilities Management and keeping abreast of available resources that can aid the department in reaching our strategic goals.
