Customer Service Center
The Customer Service Center is your one stop shop for any inquiry you may have regarding Facilities Management. If you have questions regarding a work order or need help entering one, the Customer Service Center can walk you through the process or schedule a training session. The Customer Service Center also houses the Call Center which are the main telephone operators on campus as well as Facilities Management’s 24 hour emergency maintenance response center. Â
