Telephone Services

Southern Utah University's Facilities Management Department is responsible for operating and maintaining the telephone system on campus. The telephone system coordinator handles all requests for new phones or changes to existing phone lines and can answer any questions related to SUU's telephone services and voicemail messaging. They can be reached at (435) 586-7785. Departmental phone charges are $21 per month for an analog phone and $26 per month for a digital phone. Long-distance phone service is billed to each department on a monthly basis at 5 cents per minute.

Department Cellular Phones

Southern Utah University has negotiated a group contract with Verizon Wireless. Campus departments are encouraged to take advantage of the benefits offered by this group contract when adding cellular phones for employees.
