Telephone Services

Southern Utah University's Facilities Management Department is responsible for operating and maintaining the AVAYA telephone system on campus.  Facilities Management works in conjunction with the IT Department in the deployment of the Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephone system. The Customer Service Specialist handles all requests for new phones or changes to existing phone lines and can answer any questions related to SUU's telephone services and voicemail messaging.

Departmental phone charges are $22 per month for an analog phone and $27 per month for a digital phone and are billed annually.  Long-distance phone service is billed to each department on a monthly basis based on per minute usage.
