- Benefits Open Enrollment for fiscal year 2013-2013 will run from April 22 - June 7. For additional information and to access the change forms click here. If you have any additional questions please contact Human Resources.
Human Resources is doing two campus presentations on the University's High Deductible Health Plan during open enrollment. These presentations are on May 8th and May 13th. Both presentations start at 3 pm in the Teacher Education Building, Room 104. Space is limited so please RSVP to hr_aid@suu.edu or 435-865-8572. Spouses are welcome to attend.
Benefit representative visits:
- Shawn Park (EMI Health): will be on-campus on Monday, May 13th from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm to answer questions about medical/dental/vision coverage and claims. He will be in the Human Resources Office. No appointments are necessary.
- Brody Perschon (Fidelity): will be on campus Thursday, May 23rd for one-on-one consultations about employee 401a, 403b, and/or 457 accounts. He will be in the HR Conference Room. Please go online to http://suu.edu/ad/hr/benefits.html to schedule an appointment under the Fidelity link.
- Mike Wilson (Utah Retirement Systems): will be in Cedar City Wednesday, May 29th, for one-on-one consultations about employee pensions + 401k plans with URS. He will be at UDOT Regional Headquarters' conference room (1470 N. Airport Road) from 12:00 - 5:00 pm. No appointments are necessary.
