| Qualifications | Have successfully completed the course for which you are applying as TA. Be able to meet time commitments. Work independently as needed. Take direction, especially where multiple tasks are involved. Able to effectively assist students in a laboratory environment. Grade assignments (paid positions only). Efficiently perform lab prep and cleanup. Prior TA experience a plus. Option to earn up to two hours of upper division Biology credit with three hours per week minimum time commitment. Both paid positions and for-credit hours vary, usually 3-9 per week. Must be available during posted lab times. |
