Description Under the direction and supervision of the Aquatic Facility Manager , works with swimming lesson participants to instruct American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program Curriculum during summer and non-summer months.
Salary/Wage $9.00/hr
Work Hours Hours are part-time throughout the mornings/days and most Saturdays.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 1. American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor. 2. Ability to communicate effectively with patrons, supervisors, and other employees. 5. Alert, attentive, and responsible. 6. Ability to be a team player. 7. American Red Cross certifications in Community First Aid, CPR for The Professional Rescuer, and AED preferred

Additional Information WORKING CONDITIONS: 1. Willing and available to work mornings, mid-day, evenings, and weekends. 2. Moderate to Strenuous physical activity including pushing, pulling, and/or lifting medium to heavy weights. 3. Uncomfortable working positions such as stooping, crouching, and bending. 4. May have a few disagreeable elements such as noise, poor ventilation, or extreme or uneven temperatures. 5. Must work inside and outside. 6. Exposure to stress.
