| Description | The Shift Supervisor is responsible for making sure that Night Watch and Youth Supervisors/ Life Skills Group Leaders complete their duties. If any of the youth are having problems with the Night Watch or Youth Supervisor/ Life Skills Group Leader, the Shift Supervisor may also step in and serve as a mediator. The Shift Supervisor is to report back to the Assistant Director (if available) or the Director. |
