Appropriately dressed in red, Old St. Nick himself will join SUU alumni and Thunderbird basketball fans at the annual Holiday Basketball Tailgate this Saturday, December 11. Hosted by the Iron County Alumni Chapter of the Southern Utah University Alumni Association, all T-Bird alumni, family and friends are invited to join in the festivities which will include a free chili and cornbread dinner in addition to a visit with Santa Claus in between the men's and women's basketball games. 5:00 p.m. SUU Women vs. Utah Valley University, Centrum Arena 6:45 p.m. Alumni & Friends Holiday Tailgate, Sharwan Smith Rotunda 7:30 p.m. SUU Men vs. Weber State University Go T-Birds!
