This information is provided as a source for employees to utilize their Purchasing Card. It is intended to allow those employees the ability to contact vendors directly to place and track orders. Contact names and phone numbers have been provided.

These are vendors with whom the University has an existing relationship, however they are not considered "preferred". When contacting these vendors, please identify yourself as employee of the University to ensure proper pricing and other considerations. As with all Purchasing Card purchases, you must obtain a receipt (or other documentation) and instruct the vendor to identify you on the packing slip.
