If you feel that you have received a violation in error, you can appeal the citation. Appeals must be filed within seven working days from the date the citation was issued. Appeals will not be accepted after the seven day deadline.
Appeals are not accepted in written form. All appeals must be submitted online using the appeal form. Once the appeal is received, it will be forwarded to the campus Appeals Committee for their ruling.
If a guest or visitor receives a citation, they must bring the citation to the Public Safety Office. Departments may submit appeals for guests and visitors. Walk-in appeals and telephone appeals are no longer accepted.
The Public Safety Office will contact you via email or phone regarding the status of your ticket.
