Parking

Permits

Designated Lot Parking
All lots have designated parking according to the signs posted at each lot. Park only in assigned lots. Violators will be cited.

Student parking permits can be purchased in the Public Safety office located in the Sharwan Smith Center Room 172 and must be completely adhered to the lower left corner of the windshield.  Other means used is a violation i.e. wax paper, laminating, etc.

Motorcycle and Mopeds are required to have a permit for parking on campus. Permits are to be adhered to the rear portion of the motorcycle (most prefer the top portion of their tail light).

Bikes are required to have a permit to park on campus. Bike permits are free after completing the registration form at the Public Safety Office.

Full-time Faculty, Full-time Staff and Administrators (see Policy 8.1, SUU Policies and Procedures) will be eligible to purchase parking permits for areas designated for "Faculty & Staff Parking" only. Students and student employees (see Policy 5.32) will be eligible to purchase parking permits to park in areas designated for "Student Parking" only. Adjunct faculty and part-time employees may be eligible to purchase parking permits for designated parking lots.
