The Alumni Mentoring Network (a collaboration between the SUU Alumni and Career Services Offices and MonsterTrak) is designed to connect students with professionals who can help in their career exploration. This is not a job placement service. The Alumni Mentoring Network is an online forum for alumni, faculty, staff, parents and friends of SUU to volunteer to assist students and graduates in exploring various career fields. As a volunteer, you serve as a mentor and resource provider for interested SUU students.
By registering with SUU's Alumni Mentoring Network, you determine how you would best like to share your knowledge and resources with alumni or currently enrolled students. As you work through the brief on-line registration process, you'll see that you can serve as an on-line resource for people interested in learning more about your career field and you determine how much of your contact information is released, how often and to what students. The information you provide the network is secure. Only those students and alumni with password access may view the information you provide.
We'd like your help in spreading the word about the Alumni Mentoring Network. Send messages to friends and alums that you think would be great mentors. You can download this PDF file and send it to them as an attachment to help explain the mentoring network.
