2006-07 Highlights: Came off the bench in every game. Led team in free throw percentage at .895 and 3-point percentage at .500. Had five points and three assists (tying his career-high) vs. IUPUI. Played just the final 10 seconds vs. Western Illinois but hit a pair of critical free throws to help seal the SUU win. Hit his only shot, a three, at IUPUI. Pulled down a season-high and career-high-tying two rebounds at UMKC. Was perfect from the field vs. Chicago St. and Western St., hitting 3-of-3 shots and 2-of-2 3-pointers in the two games that week. Hit 5-of-6 shots, 4-of-5 threes, en route to a career- and game-high 16 points vs. TAMUI, also had a rebound and a steal in a season-high 24 minutes. Scored a then-season-high five at BYU where he also dished out his first two assists of the season. Scored four points at Utah, including the final two of the game from the free throw line to help seal the win.

2005-06 Highlights: Sat out the season-opener vs. Mississippi, played in all but two the rest of the way. Got his first start vs. Centenary, had one assist in 16 minutes. Hit his only shot, a three, at Chicago State. Had then-career-highs in minutes (26) and points (nine) and tied his steals high (two) vs. Johnson & Wales. Had two assists in just three minutes on the floor at Oakland. Dished out a season-high three assists in just 13 minutes vs. UMKC, also tied his season-best with a pair of rebounds. Scored a then-career-high five points in a career-high 17 minutes at Drake where he also had a personal-high two steals and tied his then-career-best with two assists. Made the first four shots of his career before his first miss, at Utah, a 3-point attempt; also hit his first three 3-point attempts. 

At Laurinberg Institute: Averaged 10.1 points, 2.8 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 2.5 steals per game in 2004-05 for the national prep champion Tigers, who posted a perfect 40-0 record. Every one of his high school teammates signed Division I letters of intent.

International Play: Was a member of the 2004 Reebok Eurocamp squad. A two-time member of the Czech Republic under-20 national team, competing in the European championships as the starting point guard; scored eight points in the final minute to spark his team past Spain. Was also a member of the 2003 “Basketball Without Borders” program.
