At SUU 2003: Competed in all seven races and posted two top-10 finishes, including a season-best ninth to earn second team all-conference honors in helping lead the Thunderbirds to their sixth title in seven years ... posted an 8k PR of 25:20.11 to place 10th overall at the SUU/Color Country Classic ... earned academic all-Mid-Con honors ... SUU 2002: Competed in the first five races of the season and posted an 8k personal-best 26:07 to finish a season-best 16th at the Mid-Continent Conference championships ... was an academic all-conference selection ... At SUU 2001: Competed in the first two races of the year, including a season-best time of 28:10.76 (17th overall) at Northern Arizona, before sitting out the remainder of the season as a redshirt.

At Galena HS: Was a three-year letterwinner in cross country and earned four letters in track and field ... graduated with honors and was an academic all-state selection ... was a member of the National Honor Society and won the Silver Scholar award.
