Kristy Miller
Graduate Assistant

Graduate Assistant Kristy Miller is in her second season on the SUU staff.
In her first season on the staff, Coach Miller helped guide SUU to its fourth straight Mid-Continent Conference title and first tournament championship last season.
Last May Ms. Miller graduated with her bachelor’s degree in secondary physical education with an emphasis in coaching and minors in health and English. She is now working towards her masters degree.
In 2005 Ms. Miller, a native of Spanish Fork, Utah, started 43 games for the Thunderbirds, playing third base and pitcher. She finished the season with a .267 batting average and a .525 slugging mark, with eight home runs, one triple, five doubles, and 19 RBI. In the circle Ms. Miller pitched 81 innings with a 4.63 ERA and 40 strikeouts.
Prior to joining the Thunderbirds Ms. Miller spent three seasons at Utah Valley State, where she earned academic all-America and SWAC tournament all-tournament team honors. |
