2006-07: Only player on the roster to appear and start in all 29 games for the Thunderbirds during the season … named second team all-conference … led SUU in scoring (9.4 ppg), rebounding (6.6 rpg), minutes per game (28.8 mpg) and field goal percentage (.460) … second on the team with 50 assists and 22 steals during the year … recorded season-highs of 24 points, 14 rebounds, six assists, three steals, two blocks and 36 minutes.

2005-06: Saw time in all 28 games with two starts and led the club in field goal percentage at 48.4 percent (60-124) while averaging just 15.0 minutes an outing ... was SUU’s leading scorer off the bench at 6.1 ppg and scored in double figures five times, including a career-high 16 points on 4-5 shooting and 8-8 from the line off the bench vs. Centenary (02/13) ... also led all T-Bird reserves in rebounding at 3.9 rpg and pulled down a career-high 12 boards, including a season-best five offensive caroms, in SUU’s road win at Saint Mary’s (12/10) ... earned academic all-Mid-Continent Conference honors.

High School: Graduated from Cedar HS in 2005 ... was a first team 3A all-state selection and Region 9 MVP as a senior after averaging a double-double a game at 14.3 points and 11.1 rebounds in leading the Lady Reds to a 15-7 overall record, a second-place region finish and a quarterfinal appearance at the state tournament ... finished that season fifth in 3A in scoring and among the state leaders in all five classifications in rebounding ... also lettered in soccer.

Personal: Parents are John and Mary Ellen Westwood ... older sister Kym played for the Thunderbirds for two seasons from 1998-2000 ... brother Chad is a starting defensive end on the SUU football team ... currently majoring in nutrition
