Coaching Staff

Casey Durbin, Assistant Coach

Casey Durbin is in his third season as a volunteer assistant coach in the Southern Utah track and field program. Durbin will coach the pole vaulters and jump events.

Durbin was a four-year letterwinner for the Thunderbirds, earning second team all-conference in the decathlon while placing fourth in the pole vault at the 2002 Mid-Con Outdoor Championships.

He joined the SUU staff in the 2003-04 season and is continuing to work on his degree in physical education.
Durbin, who hails from Duchesne, Utah, and his wife Pauline are the parents of a son, Trent.
