Graduate Assistants are selected each year to work with graduate faculty members doing research, helping with teaching, and assisting with other responsibilities. These assistantship positions are paid on an hourly basis; the work hours assigned vary from year to year depending upon university funding, but will not exceed 10 hours per week. Partial tuition waivers are given to students who are selected for these positions. Only students who are enrolled full time (at least 9 graduate credit hours) can qualify as Graduate Assistants.
