Student Trips/Foreign Study

Two concepts drive HRHM student field trips. The first concept is that hospitality management is an applied science. Therefore, it is an important part of student learning to see firsthand how industry operates. The second concept is based on HRHM faculty contacts. Whether from faculty friendships during industry service, or from contacts made since starting the HRHM curriculum at SUU, many industry executives have been very kind to make presentations to students, and to conduct tours for students.
