Business Alumni Advisory Board Formed

The Business Alumni Advisory Board met for the first time during homecoming week. Seven members were appointed for 2003 and another seven will be appointed during 2004 and 2005. Each board member will serve three-year terms. The Board will help the School of Business with fundraising and student mentoring. Lesa Rindlisbacher Riley agreed to serve as chair of the Board. Here is the initial cadre of board members.

  • KEN ASHWORTH (Accounting/Chemistry, 1986) Received J.D. from Pepperdine University and owns his own law firm (8 attorneys) plus several other businesses. He also is involved in celebrity fund raisers.
  • VINCE ROSDAHL (Accounting, 1987) Partner with Deloitte and Touche’s San Francisco office.
  • MICHAEL DENNING (Attended SUU) Editor and publisher of Main Street Journal. Formerly commercial airline pilot, owner of construction company, systems engineer.
  • LESA RINDLISBACHER RILEY (Business Administration, 1995) Regional Account Manager, Organon Pharmaceuticals. Mother of two twin daughters just 6 months old
  • JULIE ANDERSON HILL (Economics, 1998) Received J.D. from BYU Law School and served as Editor of Law Review. Has served as a clerk for the 10 th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cheyenne, WY and will soon move to Washington D.C. to join the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, and Flom.
  • MICHON OTT (Marketing, 1999) Indirect Account Executive, Cricket Communication. Active in SLC alumni chapter.
  • GARRETT GUNDERSON (Finance, 2000) Owner/Advisor, Engenuity Innovative Estate Engineering, Salt Lake City, Utah.
