Scantron and write on test. No phones allowed in Testing Lab. Exam #1: 55 minute time-limit, 1 page of notes collected @ end of exam, must be taken on or before 1.29.13. Exam #2: same instructions as for exam #1, however, must be taken on or before 2.28.13. Exam #3: 60 minute time-limit, 13 pages of annotated homework questions to be collected at the end of the exam, must be taken on or before 3.28.13. Exam #4: 60 minute time-limit, 1 page of notes, may use workbook, may use specific handouts on Enron & Arthur Andersen, Insider Trading; Sarbanes Oxley & Federal Securities Law, and also table of contents for Test Section #4 - all to be collected at end of exam, exam must be taken on or before 4.25.13.
