Clinical Documentation

ALL clinical documentation for Spring Semester 2014 (this includes any documentation expiring January 6, 2014 - April 24, 2014) must be updated and turned into the office manager by noon on December 10, 2013.  Paperwork can be mailed to SUU Department of Nursing, Attention: Teresa Higbee, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720 or e-mailed to higbeet@suu.edu

Please note: PN assessment exam for SUU nursing students (must complete level 2 successfully) will only be offered twice a year; once in May and again in December. Next exam will be on May 5, 2014, 9:00 a.m. - Noon, SC301. Fee for exam $45 for assessment only or $72 for assessment and practice assessment. Students must pay and pre-register through the nursing office no later than Noon on April 4, 2014, (fees are non-refundable and are subject to change). Contact the Nursing Office for additional information.

Level 1 Spring 2014

Register for the following NURS courses: 3120, 3130, 3140 and one of the 3135 sections.You must be flexible – there will be class or clinical experiences everyday; Monday through Friday, in this first semester.
