Clinical Documentation
ALL clinical documentation for Spring Semester 2013 (this includes any documentation expiring January 7- April 25, 2013) must be updated and turned into the office manager by noon on November 30, 2012, (new Level 1 Students) and January 3, 2013, for Levels 2, 3 and 4. Paperwork can be mailed to SUU Department of Nursing, Attention: Teresa Higbee, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720 or e-mailed to higbeet@suu.edu.

Please note: PN assessment exam for SUU nursing students (must complete level 2 successfully) will only be offered twice a year; once in May and again in December. Next exam will be on May 6, 2013, 9:00 a.m. - Noon, SC301. Fee for exam $42 for assessment only or $68 for assessment and practice assessment. Students must pay and pre-register through the nursing office no later than Noon on April 19, 2013, (fees are non-refundable and are subject to change). Contact the Nursing Office for additional information.

Level 1 Spring 2013
Register for the following NURS courses: 3120, 3130, 3140 and one of the 3135 sections. You must be flexible – there will be class or clinical experiences everyday; Monday through Friday, in this first semester.

Hurst Review (Live NCLEX Review): 4/22/2013-4/24/2013, 0900-1700, SCA 011. All level 3 students will need to register at http://www.hurstreview.com/, no later than March 4, 2013. Students must sign in using their user name and password previously created. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR IT.
Register for the following NURS courses: 4430, 4440, 4550, one of the 4435 sections and one of the 4555 sections.
