4th Annual Research Symposium
What:
- This is an opportunity to showcase student-faculty research in the Walter Maxwell Gibson College of Science and Engineering. In progress, as well as more complete, research presentations are invited. This is a stepping-stone opportunity to prepare for future presentations: UCUR, SUU Student-Faculty Scholarship Day, and Utah Academy of Sciences, Arts & Letters. Inter-departmental collaborative presentations are particularly encouraged.
- Both poster and oral presentations are welcome.
When & Where:
- Monday November 12, 2012 - Science Buildings
- Poster Presentations: 6:00-7:00 (Center for Health and Molecular Science)
- Poster dimensions: up to 40" tall x 60"wide
- Oral Presentations:begin at 7:00pm in Science Center
- Oral Presentations: 15 minutes (2 minutes intro/prep, 10 minutes presentation, 3 minutes Q&A)
Abstract Deadline:
- Abstracts due by midnight on October 31 via email to rodriguez@suu.edu
- List the first author's last name in the email subject line and the word POSTER or ORAL, based on your preference

Abstract Guidelines:
- Abstracts must be submitted electronically in MS Word format & be 250 words or less
- Also provide the following information on the Abstract:
- Select preference of presentation (poster or oral)
- Title of talk
- Presenting author's name followed by collaborating authors names (indicate departmental affiliations)
