The Spanish Program and the Department of Foreign Languages and Philosophy invite you to the third annual Latin American and Iberian Film Festival. For four weeks, we will be showing films from Spain, Mexico/US, Argentina, and Brazil. All film screenings are free and open to the public.

All films will be shown in their original language with English subtitles.

Tales of Masked Men (2012) - Directed by award-winning filmmaker, Carlos Avila, this documentary is a creative and imaginative exploration of the colorful, fascinating, and mysterious world of lucha libre (Mexican wrestling). It examines the history of lucha libre and what has made this 80-year-old phenomenon endure. Filmed in Mexico and the United States, the film also profiles three legendary wrestlers, each of whom embodies various aspects of the sport and its traditions (Not Rated).
