Review Sheet for Exam 3
Trigonometry, Math 1060
Standard Disclaimer: This sheet is not intended to be a complete review. I say (which is, as everybody knows, how all British persons begin every sentence), if you have any difficulty at all working any of the problems suggested on this sheet, you should re-study that concept carefully and do several more examples. Exam 3 will cover Sections 4.7 – 6.4 (not 7.1), except for Section 5.5 that we’ll cover later if we get a chance.
The Test is Tuesday,
Nov. 6, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Wednesday, Nov. 7, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., in the Testing
Center.
Make sure you give yourself at least 1.5 hours just to make sure you have enough time. Bring a calculator!
Formula Sheet: Find the formula sheet for the test here. The best thing to do for working the review problems below is to print the formula sheet up and use it (without your book, I mean) to do the problems. That way, if you need a formula over what I’ve provided or I have one of them wrong, you can let me know to make a possible addition or correction.
