Wallet Contents

Type a list of the financial contents of your wallet. This list should include credit cards, debit cards or bank cards, driver's license, insurance cards, etc. (You should NOT be carrying your social security card in your wallet. It should be stored in a safe place such as a safe-deposit box at a bank.)

On the list put the name of the card, a description, the account number (if applicable), the expiration date (if applicable), and a phone number to call if the card is lost or stolen. (See example below.) Place the list in a safe location. (Not your wallet!)

Copy the list, replacing at least the last 4 of the account numbers with an "x" so you are not divulging private information. Turn your list in to the instructor. You will lose points if the phone number or account numbers are missing from the list.
