Running
| Distance
running is a major priority for Krista and I as it serves many
purposes. It clears our heads, gives us time to discuss and review
our day, and most of all -- it makes us feel better and gives us
energy for the other responsibilities we have. We run approximately
5.75 miles per day, six days a week, except when training for a
race. |
