As for statutory material, I have placed select Utah statutes online for your use in comparing and contrasting the various methods for dealing with select criminal acts.  To help makes things as easy as possible I have divided the crimes into four distinct sections. These are: (1) Crimes Against Persons, (2) Crimes Against Property, (3) Sex Crimes, and (4) Other Crimes.
