Center for third grade language arts

We will be doing a writing center where students will continue writing the story that the teacher begins each week for them. Students will compose stories dealing with the language arts theme of birds. At the center there will be a notebook where the story is written down as well as some pictures to help inspire them as they write. The teacher will then at the end of the week read the story aloud to the students. Each week the center will begin a new story for the students to continue writing.
