Character Book Report

Students are asked to come dressed as a character in the book they read. They talk about their life according to the book. Students must bring in any props that may assist them in relating the world of the book to the other students. Students are graded based on the effort and presentation given. Students who have speech difficulties or stage fright could do the modified version below.

Radio or Video Advertisement

Students are asked to create a video or tape/CD advertising the book they read. No stipulations are given other then no inappropriate content. The students are graded by their peers, and also by the teacher. Part of the grade will be according to the amount of interest they rally for others to read the book.
