Fluency

 

1.  Flash cards

            Students will practice site words with the aid of flash cards.  Students can work in groups

of two's and practice together.

2.  Choral reading with the teacher.

            Students will follow along with the teacher and try to emulate the fluctuation in voice

and also speed and accuracy.

  1. Punctuation.

Students will use different forms of punctuation in the same sentence to see how it affects it.

Ex:  The room is cold.

       The room is cold?

       The room is cold!
