Theme: Fun in the Sun
In one of the corners in your classroom there will be items that are found on a beach such as a beach ball, beach towels, a sun chair, umbrella, sand (sand box), shovel, bucket, (paper) palm trees, and (paper) sun. When it is sharing time, the person that is sharing will sit on the sun chair while the other students are sitting on the beach towels facing the sharing-time person.
Another place that students might find conducive to sharing would be an environment with the states picture above as a background on the
wall. Have a rocking chair for the student that is sharing to sit in.
