Fluency Strategies

1. Play a game with flashcards- have a picture of the word then have the students tell you what the word is or the definition of the word.
2. Memory game- have the word and the picture and have them match them up.
3. The teacher can cut up the sentences into parts. Then group the students in section and have put the sentence together on the board in the correct order. And the fastest group wins. ( make sure you use spelling words, so the students learn words they need)
