Journals

Each time a new science word or concept is discussed in the classroom or found in the text the students will write about it in their journals. They will be expected to explain it in their science journals. They will need to write what it is and how it relates to what is currently being learned in the class.

Science Bingo

Each student will be given a bingo card that contains the vocabulary words that they have been writing about in their journals. The teacher will read the definition to the word and if the student knows what word it matches, they can mark it on their card.
