miles. Also, if needed students
can estimate miles if locations are not given. Example: In the
book ÒLord of the RingsÓ how many miles did Frodo travel in Chapter 5.
* Have the students read a
book that includes changing outfits.
Have the students record how many times a character changes
clothes. How many pair of pants
did they wear? How many shirts did
they wear?
