1) Power Point Presentations

I would teach my students how to write an outline. Then they would write an outline of their own. Using Power Point, they would create presentations to display their outlines.

2) Hyperstudio Presentations

While learning a certain topic in writing (mechanics of writing) my students will create Hyperstudio presentations. In these presentations they will be responsible for creating a way to remember when to use, or not use, their given writing mechanic (commas, colons, semi‑colons, etc.). They can use graphics, sounds, etc. to remember their topic. They will then show the class there presentation.
