Catalog Description:

This course gives the basic knowledge for the analysis of elastic, statically indeterminate structures subjected to static loading. Fundamental concepts are the flexibility method, stiffness method, internal work, virtual work and energy theorems. The methods of analysis are applied to frame structures.
