How to order your texts:

If you're on campus, simply visit the textbook desk of the SUU bookstore (in the Student Center), and place a special order for your books. I would appreciate it if you would NOT buy your texts directly from the shelf since I've ordered only enough for the face-to-face class.

If you're off-campus, you'll need to call the bookstore textbook desk (801) 586-7995 and arrange to have your order sent to you.

Other publications you'll be using

In addition to using the texts listed above, you will be reading three short novels (click on the underlined words to find out what your choices will be). Be sure to check your local library before you purchase these books. Chances are, you'll find them on the shelf.

You'll also be reading some selections from the Scriblerian, a collection of prize-winning essays from SUU's English 101 students. Since the collection is on-line, you won't need to purchase it unless you want to buy a paper copy from the SUU Bookstore. If you write an essay you're especially proud of, you'll want to enter it in the department's annual competition!
