We appreciate donations and volunteers. It is necessary to have them in order to get our continuation grant each year. Our program must generate enough InKind from donations and volunteers to match our grant by 25%. If you would like to help our program by donating or volunteering, read on.
You don't have to have money to donate to our program. Our classroom teachers always have a wish list of everyday items you could donate. Some of these items may include: karo syrup, yarn, craft/art supplies, dramatic play clothing, sand toys, books and toys in good condition. Donated office supplies are welcome. Your donations may be counted as a tax credit (volunteer time excepted). Donors who wish to receive tax credit should contact Amy LeFevre. We do not accept donations of used computers.
If you would like to volunteer in our classrooms, please contact Dorian Barragan at 435-586-6070 x23. The only requirements are that you are age 18 or greater, love children, and can work cooperatively with our teachers. Regular volunteers must get a TB test and pass a background check.
Playground and building improvement opportunities are available for service clubs or boy scout troops who are looking for a project. Contact Scott Storie to see what is available.
