Participants are responsible for their own travel to the institute. The program
will officialy begin March 16, 9:00AM, at the Hotel Congress in Tucson, AZ.
Travel during the institute will be via a 15 passenger van and a pick-up truck
support vehicle. Participants will be traveling in south-central Arizona and
across the border into Mexico. A passport will be required.
