Near the border of western Utah and eastern Nevada Great Basin National Park is a wilderness park with an amazing array of wonderful natural resources. Wheeler Peak (13,036 ft) overlooks the park and Lehman Cave stretches below the surface. The night skies are some of the darkest in America, rare Bonneville trout inhabit the streams and the bristlecone pines that grow in the high country may be the oldest living things on earth.
