ACCOMMODATIONS

Las Vegas Hotels

Some participants may wish to stay in Las Vegas the day before and/or after the project. There are several "non-casino" hotels in Las Vegas with free shuttle service to/from the airport that may be less expensive then larger resort properties. Unfortunately, we will not be able to pick up participants directly from their hotels. Everyone arriving early and spending the night in a Las Vegas hotel will need to make their way back to the airport Monday morning (March 16) to meet up with the group.

Camping

Accommodations for the duration of the project will be fairly primitive camping in 2-3 person tents. The Indian Cove group camp site at Joshua Tree will have toilet facilities with water available at the nearby ranger station.
