TRAVEL

The launching point for the Joshua Tree project will be McCarren International Airport in Las Vegas, NV. All participants will meet there on Monday morning, March 16, at 9:00AM. This is a nice central location in Las Vegas and should accommodate a variety of travel plans.

- Fly in Sunday, stay in a hotel,
- Take a red-eye Monday morning and hang out,
- Drive and park your car in long term airport parking, or
- Some other permutation...

We all meet up at 9:00AM and we will leave directly from the airport for our desert adventure .

The project will officialy terminate at the Las Vegas Airport at the end of the week returning no later than 12:00 noon, March 21.

Hotels

Some participants may wish to stay in Las Vegas the day before and/or after the project. There are several inexpensive hotels in Las Vegas with free shuttle service to/from the airport. Unfortunately, we will not be able to pick up participants directly from their hotels. Everyone arriving Sunday and spending the night in a Las Vegas hotel will need to make their way back to the airport Monday morning (March 16) to meet up with the group. Project organizers will help to facilitate this rendezvous.
