ACCOMMODATIONS

In St. George: Participants must be in St. George, UT, on Monday morning, 9:00am May 27, 2013. We plan to be back in St. George by 12:00pm (noon) on Saturday, June 1, 2013. Depending on flight times and other intricacies of travel some participants may need to stay one or two nights in St. George before and/or after the program.

Some participants may choose to fly into Las Vegas, NV, and take a shuttle to St. George (1.5 hours). There are two good shuttle services (see Travel) between the two cities. Both of the shuttle services stop at or near hotels in St. George. By default these are designated as the "official" hotels for the project and this is where we will be picking up all participants at 9:00AM, Monday, May 27, 2013. If you are staying elsewhere please be at one of the three listed hotels on Monday morning.

Let the proejct organizers know your travel plans as early as possible.

In the Monument: This is designed as a wilderness experience. The project includes very primitive backcountry camping. This means living in tents with no toilets, tables or running water. There may be an opportunity to spend one night in the Mt. Trumbull research field station.
