Applications will be considered until May 26, 2009; however, enrollment is limited and admission to the school is based upon the order in which applications are received. A $150 deposit will reserve a place in the program with the balance due the first day of the course on May 26, 2009. Checks should be made out to SOUTHERN UTAH UNIVERSITY, and they should be sent to the enrollment manager listed below.
