ENGL 2230 Mythology 3

Plus
At least five 3000 level survey courses, one of which must be in World Literature and two of which must be in Modern Literature (American, British, World).
ENGL 4320 Shakespeare 3
one 4000 level course in Literary History; Literary Genres; Major Authors; Topics in Literature; or Advanced Study of Critical Methods
one 4000 level course in gender or multicultural literature

To quality for a teaching license, students must complete the sequence of professional education courses listed by the department of secondary education.

Comment: No course for which a grade lower than a C- is received may be counted for any major or minor emphasis in the department
